Meet the Team
Our team is made up of caring, dedicated early years professionals who work closely together to provide a safe, supportive environment for every child. Many of our staff have been part of Eden Nursery for years, creating consistency and familiarity that helps children feel secure and confident.
Each member of our team plays an important role in supporting children’s learning, wellbeing, and development. We take pride in building strong relationships with both children and families, ensuring every child feels valued and understood.
All staff are appropriately qualified and take part in regular training.
The Key Person Approach
Every child at Eden Nursery is supported by a dedicated key person who takes time to understand their individual needs, routines, and personality. This familiar, trusted adult helps children feel secure, settled, and confident throughout their day.
Your child’s key person is responsible for building a strong relationship with both your child and your family. They observe your child’s development, support their learning through play, and share regular updates so you always know how your child is progressing.
Learning Through Play
At Eden Nursery, play is carefully planned and guided by our experienced team to support each child’s development. Practitioners observe children closely and introduce activities that build on their interests, helping them develop key skills in a natural and enjoyable way.
Through play, children develop communication, problem-solving, confidence, and independence. Our team knows when to support learning and when to step back, allowing children the space to explore, discover, and grow.
Emotional Wellbeing & Routines
A child’s emotional wellbeing is central to everything we do at Eden Nursery. Our team provides a calm, supportive environment where children feel safe, understood, and confident to express themselves.
Consistent routines help children feel secure and settled throughout the day. Practitioners support children through transitions with care and reassurance, helping them build resilience, independence, and a strong sense of belonging.
Working in Partnership with Parents
We believe the best care happens when parents and practitioners work together. Our team takes time to understand each child’s home routines, interests, and needs, helping us provide care that feels familiar and reassuring.
Parents are kept informed through regular updates and open communication. Our team is always available to talk, share progress, and support families throughout their child’s time at Eden Nursery.
